Worldwide Doorstep Delivery arrangements
We coordinate transportation of purchased equipment to the delivery address you specify. The delivery arrangements and agreed transportation charges for your order are stated in your quotation or sales agreement.
Domestic and international transportation
We serve buyers within the United States and in other countries. For each order we coordinate a transportation route appropriate to the machine and destination, working with independent carriers and logistics providers.
Order preparation
After payment has been verified, the equipment is prepared for transport. Preparation may include inspection, documentation and making the machine ready for loading.
Delivery scheduling
Delivery dates depend on equipment preparation, carrier availability, route and destination. We share the expected schedule with you and keep you informed of changes. Any delivery date is an estimate unless your written agreement states otherwise.
Delivery information you provide
You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- Destination country, city and postal code (where applicable).
- The full delivery address.
- A contact name and email address for delivery coordination.
- Any site restrictions or delivery instructions.
Delivery-location accessibility
The delivery location must be safely accessible to the carrier's vehicle. Please tell us in advance about narrow roads, weight limits, gates, soft ground or other conditions, and whether equipment is available on site for unloading. If a location cannot be reached safely, delivery may be made to the nearest accessible point agreed with you.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect the equipment when it arrives and note any visible issues with the carrier at delivery, then contact us promptly with photographs.
Changes to delivery arrangements

Independent carriers
Transportation is performed by independent carriers that operate under their own terms. We coordinate the arrangements and communicate with the carrier on your behalf.
Written transportation agreements
The quotation, invoice or sales agreement for your order governs its specific transportation arrangements, subject to applicable law. Delivery responsibilities, carrier requirements and any additional charges for your order are determined by that written agreement and applicable law.
