Information you give us

• Quote requests: your name, email, phone number (optional), equipment interest, quantity, delivery destination and address, budget and any details you provide.
• Contact form: your name, email, topic, subject and message.
• Account registration: your email address and password, or your Google account email and name if you choose to sign in with Google. Passwords are handled by our authentication service and are not visible to our staff.
• Account features: saved addresses, wishlist and cart items.
• Orders and quotations: the equipment, prices, delivery details and payment status of your transactions, and records of our communications with you.
• Emails and other messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

Our servers record basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as the page requested and error logs. Forms record the page they were submitted from.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking pixels. If you sign in, your browser stores a session token so you stay signed in; this is necessary for the account features to work.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

• To respond to inquiries and prepare quotations.
• To process orders, verify payments and coordinate delivery.
• To provide warranty, return and customer support.
• To operate, secure and improve the website and prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated form submissions).
• To meet legal, accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website: website hosting, database and file storage, user authentication, and email delivery. When delivering equipment, we share the delivery details needed for transportation with the carriers and logistics providers involved. These providers receive only the information needed for their service.

Payment information

We do not accept card payments and do not collect card numbers. Bank-transfer payments are made through your own bank using instructions we provide.

Information security

We use access controls so that customer data is visible only to staff who need it for their role, encrypted connections (HTTPS), private storage for uploaded files, and audit records of changes to business data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

How long we keep information

We apply the following retention targets. Records are reviewed against these targets by authorized administrative personnel, and deletion is carried out as a reviewed administrative action rather than automatically.

• Contact messages and unsuccessful quotations: 24 months.
• Orders, payments and shipment records: 7 years, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Outgoing email records: 12 months.
• Audit logs: retained as necessary for the associated business records.

Your privacy requests

You may submit requests concerning your personal information — including access, correction and deletion, subject to applicable law — by emailing info@affordabletractorsequipment.com. Requests are handled by authorized administrative personnel. We may need to verify your identity, for example by replying to the email address on file.

We aim to respond within 30 calendar days, subject to applicable legal requirements and any extension the law permits. Where records must be retained for accounting, legal or regulatory purposes — such as order and payment records — a deletion request may be limited by those obligations, and we will tell you what we retain and why. We do not currently offer a self-service privacy tool; requests are handled by email.

International customers

We are based in the United States and our website and service providers process information in the United States and possibly other countries. By contacting us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us to exercise them.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults purchasing equipment and is not directed at children.
