New machinery

New machinery carries the applicable manufacturer warranty where the machine and transaction qualify. Coverage, duration and claim procedures are set by the manufacturer's warranty terms. Ask our sales team about the warranty that applies to a specific new machine before you buy.

Used machinery — 30-Day Limited Mechanical Warranty Included

Used machinery comes with a 30-day limited warranty covering major mechanical and hydraulic components, subject to the terms on this page.

Refurbished machinery

Refurbished machinery also comes with the 30-day limited mechanical warranty, on the same terms as used machinery.

Warranty period

The 30-day limited warranty lasts 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

Covered components

• Engine and major engine components.
• Transmission.
• Drivetrain.
• Hydraulic pumps.
• Hydraulic motors.
• Major hydraulic system components.
• Axles and differentials.
• Major mechanical components essential to normal equipment operation.

Exclusions

The limited warranty covers failures of the components above. It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Routine maintenance and service items.
• Consumable parts such as filters, fluids, belts, hoses, tires, tracks, batteries, bulbs, blades and cutting edges.
• Damage caused by improper operation or misuse.
• Unauthorized modifications.
• Accidents.
• Damage resulting from neglected maintenance.

How exclusions apply

Exclusions are applied according to the cause of a failure. A failure of a covered major component is not excluded merely because the machine is used, and nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.

Warranty claims process

1. Contact our sales team at sales@affordabletractorsequipment.com within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
2. Provide your order reference, the equipment details (listing title, stock number or serial number) and a description of the issue, including when it started. Photographs or video help us assess the claim.
3. Our team reviews the claim and may request reasonable supporting documentation, such as additional photographs, video, maintenance records or an inspection.
4. If the claim qualifies under this warranty, we coordinate an appropriate resolution with you and confirm it in writing.
5. Approved resolutions may include repair, replacement of covered components, or another mutually agreed remedy.

While your claim is reviewed

Stop operating the machine if continued use could cause further damage, and keep any failed parts that are removed. This helps us assess the claim fairly.

Repairs and authorization

If you intend to seek reimbursement for a repair, obtain our written authorization before arranging the repair. Repairs carried out without prior written authorization may not be reimbursed. Contacting us first lets us confirm coverage and agree how the covered failure will be addressed.
