1. Website use
You may use this website to browse equipment, request quotations, contact us and manage an account. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas that are not public, or submit false or misleading information.
2. Equipment information
We aim to describe each machine accurately using the information we hold. Photographs, specifications, hours and descriptions are provided to help you evaluate equipment. If any detail matters to your purchase, ask us to confirm it in writing before you buy.
3. Equipment availability
Listings show equipment we offer for sale, but a machine may be sold or reserved before a listing is updated. Availability is confirmed when we accept your order.
4. Quotations and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Some listings show "Request pricing" instead of a price. A written quotation states the equipment price, delivery arrangements and any other agreed charges, and is valid for the period stated on it.
5. Order acceptance
Submitting a quote request or order does not by itself create a binding sale. A sale is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing, for example by issuing an invoice or sales agreement.
6. Payment arrangements
We accept bank wire transfer and ACH, as described on our Payment Options page. Deposit or full-payment requirements and deadlines are set in your written agreement.
7. Equipment condition
New equipment is sold as new. Used and refurbished equipment is sold in the condition described in its listing and your written agreement, with the warranty described in our Warranty Information.
8. Delivery arrangements
We coordinate transportation as described in our Shipping Policy, Worldwide Doorstep Delivery and Shipping Insurance & Carrier Charges pages.
9. Returns and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Order cancellation
Cancellation requests are handled under our Order Cancellation & Shipment Processing Policy.
11. Warranty
Eligible new equipment carries applicable manufacturer warranty coverage. Used and refurbished machinery includes our 30-day limited mechanical warranty. See Warranty Information.
12. Intellectual property
The website's content, design and our own photographs are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify equipment; their use does not imply partnership, dealership or authorization.
13. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, order and delivery information, reviewing equipment and order details before confirming a purchase, verifying payment instructions through our official channels, and using purchased equipment safely and lawfully.
14. Applicable agreements
The quotation, invoice or sales agreement for a specific transaction governs that transaction, subject to applicable law. Where it differs from these terms, the transaction-specific terms apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
15. Dispute procedures
If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact sales@affordabletractorsequipment.com first with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will review it and respond in writing, and we aim to resolve concerns directly and in good faith.
16. Governing law
These Terms and any sale made under them are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law does not deprive customers of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection or other law of their place of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where a transaction-specific written agreement contains a different governing-law provision, that agreement controls for that transaction.
