Accepted payment methods
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal or other card or wallet payments for equipment purchases.
- Bank wire transfer — available for domestic and international buyers.
- ACH bank transfer — for eligible payments from US bank accounts.
Payment terms
Payment requirements depend on the equipment selected, the order quantity, the transaction value and any specific arrangements agreed with you. Depending on your written agreement, you may be asked to pay a deposit or the full purchase amount.
There is no single deposit percentage for every order. The amount due, the payment deadline and any reservation period are stated in your quotation, invoice or sales agreement.
Payment process
- Select your equipment.
- Request a quotation or submit an order.
- Receive payment instructions from our team.
- Complete the agreed payment by wire transfer or ACH.
- We verify that the payment has been received.
- Your order is processed and transportation is arranged.
Verify payment instructions
Only send funds using instructions you received directly from us, and confirm them through our official channels before paying — for example by emailing sales@affordabletractorsequipment.com. If you receive instructions that seem unusual, or a message saying our bank details have changed, do not send payment until you have confirmed it with us.
Reservations and deadlines
Whether a machine can be reserved, for how long, and the date by which payment must be made depend on the applicable agreement for your order. Until payment is verified, a machine may remain available to other buyers unless your written agreement says otherwise.
Payment questions
Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
Not necessarily. Depending on the equipment, quantity, transaction value and your written agreement, you may pay a deposit or the full purchase amount. Your quotation or invoice states what is due.
Can international buyers pay by wire transfer?
Yes. Bank wire transfer is available to domestic and international buyers, subject to transaction eligibility.
Can I pay by credit card?
No. We accept bank wire transfer and ACH only.
When is my order processed?
Once the agreed payment has been received and verified, we process the order and arrange transportation.
